Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Qualgevity. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
By accessing or using Qualgevity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Qualgevity. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you further represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account with any other person or use another user's account without authorization. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.
By submitting ratings or product entries through Qualgevity, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content within the app and in connection with its operation.
You agree not to submit ratings for products you have not personally used, false or misleading ratings, spam or duplicate entries, content that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful, or any submission intended to manipulate a product's quality score. All submissions are subject to moderation and may be rejected, modified, or removed at our sole discretion.
All quality ratings and product information available on Qualgevity are submitted by users and reflect their individual personal experiences. We do not independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted content and make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of any product information displayed.
Qualgevity is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any product manufacturer, brand, or retailer. No content on this platform constitutes an endorsement of any product.
Qualgevity is available as a one-time purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the app is provided on an as-is basis.
You agree not to use Qualgevity for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the app or its infrastructure. You further agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app's functionality, scrape or systematically extract data from the platform, create fake or duplicate accounts, manipulate product quality scores, or impersonate any other user or person.
Qualgevity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any decisions, including purchasing decisions, made on the basis of information provided through the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Qualgevity and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Qualgevity at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to access and use the app ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Qualgevity shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
